Time is an assistant for Steve Cobs, Money Bag is married to Time. Steve doesn't really like that, so he decided to kill Time, so nobody could have her.
Steve immediately regrets this, and continues making the Techpops.
Time has designed these Techpops, and Steve is just continuing on them in memory of her. He decides to make Timepop, a "clone" of Time, but as a Techpop.

Timepop has no memories of Time, so Steve confuses her, Timepop eventually found out that she was made as a replacement, and was never seen again. She was either missing or dead, but nobody knows.
